A lot has been talked about on why Shahid Kapur was not present at the Zee Cine Awards over the weekend in London. Apparently, Shahid has suffered an injury is currently bed-resting in India. It happened during a shoot for a forthcoming film and his doctors have advised him to take time in recuperating. While he is doing this, many of his planned shooting schedules have gone haywire.The Zee event had used images of Shahid to promote the event, and many people attended the event just to see if they could get a glimpse of Shahid with ex-lover Kareena Kapoor. This was not to happen.
