Celina Jaitley strips in a night club

She got people to look up and notice her with her pole dancing act in her debut flick, Janasheen and once again this glam doll has some bold act up her sleeve. Celina Jaitley will play a night club stripper in Tigmanshu Dhulia’s forthcoming film Showman. Celina has always been playing glamorous roles. Speaking about her role from New Zealand where she has gone to attend the premiere of her first international film, she says, “I am playing this girl born to an English man and Indian woman. She unfortunately comes from a very poor family background in London. She has grown up to be a stripper in a night club and a con artist. Basically her main aim is to own a night club.” It can be recalled that Celina played a pole dancer in her debut film. “Yeah but there I was a cop who pretends to be a pole dancer. Everyone comes to know at the end of the movie that I am an undercover cop. And here I am again pretending to be a stripper but not one actually.

I am just trying to get all the hot girls to work for my club.”Apart from Celina the film also stars Govinda and Rimi Sen in pivotal roles. It’s produced by Reel Life Productions and has been extensively shot in the UK.

I have a busy year ahead. Tusshar has been very supportive and I really appreciate that,” Celina added.Sounding pretty excited about her upcoming release, Golmaal Returns she said, “I think I have formed a relationship with comedies instead. (Laughs) My co-star in the film is Shreyas Talpade and it is my third film with him.

I enjoy working with him. I must admit that I grow every time I do a scene with him. His comic timing is so good. We used to improvise our scenes together a lot. It will all reflect on screen when you see it on big screen.” Celina concluded.

Out Tanushree, In Celina!

Not long back, Tanushree Dutta was replaced by Rakhi Sawant in ‘Horn Ok Pleasse’ owing to her problems with Nana Patekar. The history here seems to repeat itself coz, once again, Tanushree has been ousted from a film and replaced by Celina Jaitley this time. The movie here in question is Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision’s ‘Run Bhola Run’.

It seems that Tanushree had shot for the film for two days but was apparently not happy with the production company and had started throwing tantrums. The members did not take to this attitude problem kindly. So it was Out Tanushree and in Celina. Celina has already done a shot for the film at Essel World.

Celina confirmed that she is working on the film. She said, “I have started shooting for Run Bhola Run.I have heard so much about Neeraj Vohra and his working style. I’m looking forward to having a great time on the sets.”

Bollywood and Mother Day

Bollywood and Mother DayFrom old hats like Shabana Azmi, Hema Malini and Mahesh Bhatt to young actors like Sonam Kapoor, Celina Jaitley and Abhishek Bachchan - on Mother’s Day they all talk about the contribution of their mothers in their lives and give them credit for their success. Here is what the actors have to say on the special occasion:

Sonam Kapoor: My mother is my best friend. What she has taught me is to value the people who love me. I never take anyone for granted. When I was working with Sanjay Leela Bhansali and struggling to live up to his penchant for perfectionism, she would step in to guide me. During that crucial time my mother taught me to be patient and strong and to follow my heart. My mother is an exceptional householder. She doesn’t have just three children, but four, my father being the fourth. He has to talk to her like 20 times a day. If I can run my household after marriage with half my mom’s efficiency I’d consider myself a successful woman.

Raima Sen: The biggest thing I’ve learnt from my mother is patience and to respect other people’s space. Also, to be strong-willed! She has also taught my sister and I not to make the mistakes she made in her career. She has brought up both of us as independent women capable of taking our own decisions.

Shabana Azmi: Where do I begin? My mom has taught me compassion, generosity of spirit, and not to make an issue out of everything in life. I’ve inherited my taste in clothes from her. Above all, she has taught me acting and how to approach a role.

Abhishek Bachchan: My mom has taught me to try and be a good human being.

Urmila Matondkar: Mom has taught me not to be judgemental and to love and accept people as they are. From her, I’ve learnt that if you’re patient the best is bound to happen for you.

Shilpa Shetty: What have I learnt from mom? Everything! Most of all I’ve learnt the importance of dignity in my conduct. She also taught me never to let anyone trample on my self-respect.
