Earlier it was Sherlyn Chopra giving the message to keep whips and chains for the bedrooms, then it was Celina Jaitley saving the elephants and now it is Jiah Khan who joins the PETA campaign to save the birds in City Life.
So, Jiah was seen at the Mehboob studios, looking no less than an innocent bird herself dressed in an all white attire with kites all around her. She had ‘unreal blood’ all over her hand sending across a strong message “to cut glass coated manja, not wings”. Thus, she spreads the message that people should not use sharp threads to fly a kite coz this will harm the Birds when they strike with the Kite.
Not only this, she also recently expressed her love for animals at an event organized by PETA. She posed with a huge bull as its saviour and alter signed on the bull stating “Please help the animals, they have feelings too.”

From old hats like Shabana Azmi, Hema Malini and Mahesh Bhatt to young actors like Sonam Kapoor, Celina Jaitley and Abhishek Bachchan on Mother`s Day they all talked about the contribution their mothers made in their lives.
Sonam Kapoor: My mother is my best friend. What she has taught me is to value the people who love me. I never take anyone for granted. When I was working with Sanjay Leela Bhansali and struggling to live up to his penchant for perfectionism, she would step in to guide me. During that crucial time my mother taught me to be patient and strong and to follow my heart.
My mother is an exceptional householder. She doesn`t have just three children, but four, my father being the fourth. He has to talk to her like 20 times a day. If I can run my household after marriage with half my mom`s efficiency, I`d consider myself a successful woman.
The grapevine insists Jiah Khan lost so much weight recently that Aamir Khan personally requested her to put on weight for their film together in Ghajini.“I did want to be fitter. But I guess people in Bollywood don’t like that look. Not that I was trying to be fashionably thin. But the kind of clothes that are now stepping into our film industry — very Milan, very Paris — you’ve to have a certain kind of lean physique. We’re getting more and more into labels. But my characters in my two forthcoming films are very conventional. So I had to put on weight to play them. And I’m looking… balanced!”Jiah admits weight has been a problem. “I had always been plump. I started exercising since 16. Then there was a lot of pressure in the film industry to lose weight, and it did get to me. Every actress feels there’s a little too much fat, no matter how thin she is. But I’m now mature enough to know what’s good for my health.”Aamir, who toned himself for Ghajini, asked Jiah to put on weight. “Yes, he did. And when people see us together, they’re going to be like, ‘Wow!’”What about rumours that Jiah and Aamir spend a lot of time together on the sets? “What?! I thought there was a rumour that I was his sister. Socially, I’ve met him twice. Once for the audition and again recently to discuss my clothes. I don’t know him that well.As far as my look and character in Ghajini is concerned, Aamir looks into every detail. Which is nice. It isn’t interference at all when the suggestions come from someone like Aamir Khan. He can only make the project better.”
Wrangler Jeans has come forward with its latest campaign, which aims at conveying socially relevant message of creating an eco-friendly environment through its ‘Naturally Eco‘ collection.
And what better way to do it that to have hot bods John Abraham and Jiah Khan asking to save water in a cozy pose in a bath-tub and that too in the middle of a lake….
Talking about electricity, John and Jiah do not need it when they are getting cuddly on a moonlit night in the middle of a jungle…
Accompanying John in his love for riding bikes is gain Jiah Khan but this time not alone. She has a mannequin with her while she asks you to save fuel.
What about water, electricity or fuel, girls and guys out there are ready to give up anything for you, provided you keep them entertained with your killer looks, dear John and Jiah!
