Shah Rukh Khan’s dates for Viveck Vaswani’s film Dulha Mil Gaya seem to be jinxed. Shah Rukh was supposed to shoot for Dulha Mil Gaya today for which a special set was being erected at Hema Ashish Studio (near Vihar Lake) since the past few days. However, yesterday morning the roof of the studio collapsed and hurt a few unit members. One of them is currently recuperating at Paramount Hospital, Sakinaka. When contacted, the film’s director Mudassar Aziz confirmed that there was an unfortunate incident on the sets but he said that nobody was hurt to an extent that they had to be admitted in the hospital for more than a few hours. “Yes, a few light men were hurt and we took them to Paramount Hospital but only for a check-up,” he said.We hear that a case has been filed at the Powai Police station. To this Mudassar said, “These are all production issues. I wouldn’t know if Viveck has filed the case or my executive producer.”However, when we called Paramount Hospital, last evening the duty officer-in-charge Dr Manoj had a slightly different story to tell.Dr Manoj told Mumbai Mirror, “We have a patient Mr Tarun Wagh who was injured on the sets of Dulha Mil Gaya yesterday morning. He is admitted in our hospital. He was brought in around 11.30 am.”Is he better now? Dr Manoj said, “Mr Tarun is better. He has suffered compression in his spine.
I can’t say how long he will be with us. Only Dr Utkarsh, who is treating Mr Tarun, can tell you when he will be discharged. But Dr Utkarsh is not present here right now.”Mudassar Aziz added that he has now taken fresh dates from Shah Rukh. The venue has now been shifted to Mehboob Studios. “SRK will now shoot for the same song on December 4,” he said. All the best, Mudassar and Viveck!
What happens when two hot Babes come together? Following it comes a huge cat-fight along with exchange of verbal assaults. Talking about Rakhi Sawant and Sambhavna Seth, the two item girls had a huge fight on Rakhi’s birthday on 24 November.
What made up Rakhi’s mind is yet to be understood but the gal called up her rival Sambhavna and invited her to the party at a suburban restaurant. Sambhavna was reluctant to come but Rakhi insisted.
What we saw next was the two girls fighting. There are two different versions as to what actually sparked the fight.
According to Sambhavna, when she arrived at the party, Rakhi called her a chudail (witch) in front of everyone. Sambhavna says she couldn’t take the remark lightly and responded to Rakhi is the same vein.
Pointing towards Rakhi, Sambhavna said: “Ek (chudail) toh mere saamne khadi hai”. Then a heated argument followed between the two item girls.
But according to Rakhi’s version, it is Sambhavna who first began “bitching” about Rakhi with other guests at the party. Rakhi said it was then she told her to leave.
Interestingly, both the item girls accuse each other of doing this stunt for publicity.

With Aamir Khan’s much hyped project ‘Ghajini’ ready to hit the silver screen, our Mr. Perfectionist just seems to be all over the place now. Keeping in tow with his publicity campaign, Aamir appears on the covers of the latest issue of the famous lifestyle magazine ‘GQ’. His stylist look with trademark ‘Ghajini’ haircut can make any heart skip a beat.
As a topping to this treat, Karan Johar has done the honours of being the Contributing Editor of this magazine.
The editor of this mag says, “Aamir Khan doesn’t appear on many magazine covers. The fact that he has chosen to work with GQ is a testament to the magazine’s 50-year old reputation as a publication featuring and read by intelligent, successful men.”
What makes the cover story even more special is the fact that Karan Johar, allegedly a member of a rival camp in the film industry, has interviewed Aamir Khan - for the first time.

All the Bollywood fraternity and Bollywood stars expresses deepest condolences to actor Ashish Choudhry whose sister Monica and her husband Ajit were killed at tragic terrorist attack at Hotel Trident. ‘EMI’ Actor Ashish’s sister and brother-in-law were among the unfortunate who on that unfaithful night were dining at Tiffin restaurant in Trident when terrorists attacked the place.
Terrorist killed all the people including Monica and Ajit who were dining at the restaurant. Ashish and his father kept waiting outside the hotel continuously for three days expecting that Monica and Ashish might survive but they were unfortunate as they both were killed before army can find them.
Abhay Deol’s career as an actor is not really flying high, so instead he has ventures into the arena of film production. His banner is named ‘Forbidden Films’, rather an interesting name, weird enough to give birth to noble ideas in one’s mind.
Speaking of the unusual name ‘Forbidden Films’ for his company, Abhay said: “In my career I have worked in films with unusual scripts by first-time directors. Not many Bollywood actors would want to do such films. Hence I chose the name (Forbidden Films).”
Anyways, under this banner, the actor-turned-producer plans to launch his first home production ‘Junction’ that will be directed by debutant Atul Sabrawal. The movie will go on floors the next year.
“I have decided to branch out to other medium of film making. I am not giving up acting. But, will not be facing the camera for films which I produce,” he said on Thursday.
Abhay, at present is in Goa for the premiere of his film ‘Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye!’.

The terrorist attack in Mumbai was a heart-stirring event for the nation and its fatal effects have been felt in every field, including the film industry. Vishal Bharadwaj’s ‘Kaminay’ shoot had to be cancelled on Wednesday and Thursday night because of the serial blasts. The director says, “We were shooting a traffic jam scene for Kaminey at Horniman Circle, which is a couple of minutes away from Chatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST).
We crossed CST at 9.45 pm and headed for the circle. While the men were putting up the lights, we heard firing and explosions close by. We decided to cancel the shoot immediately around 10.30 pm and head home.”
Vishal also reported that the lead actor of the film, Shahid Kapoor, had reached the shoot by then. “Shahid left a little ahead of me. It was a war-like situation on the streets of Mumbai. As we reached Marine Drive there were lots of police vehicles with guns pointed at us. It was terrifying!” As Vishal and Shahid crossed Marine Drive and Girgaum Chowpatty they heard firing behind them. Vishal says, “I could feel something was going to happen at Marine Drive. Later, when I reached home, I heard a couple of terrorists got killed at Girgaum. Again we got saved…”
Vishal reached home around 2 am. “There were policemen with guns everywhere. It was scary! I have seen check- posts but not police aiming guns at all the cars. We have shot such scenes in films but watching it live is something else altogether. At one check naka, they stopped my car and started asking all sorts of questions.
I had to take out my ID card and one of the police officers recognised me and let me go,” Vishal shudders with relief. “We had a unit of almost 300 people and 50 cars as it was a traffic jam sequence with lots of cars and everyone was packed off home. Fortunately, each and every unit member reached home safely. My wife Rekha was to join us on the shoot but had to cancel her plans. We are all lucky that we got saved,” he recalls grimly.
